Gregg A. Stone

Gregg Alan Stone serves as the firm’s managing partner and is widely recognized as one of New Jersey’s leading advocates for individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries, including construction accidents, medical malpractice, product liability, burn accidents, motorcycle accidents, car accidents, fall-down accidents, and dog bites. His practice focuses on plaintiffs’ personal injury, where he represents clients in complex, high-stakes cases against corporations, institutions, and insurers.

Mr. Stone is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by fewer than 5% of attorneys in the state. He is also certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Certified Trial Specialist. Over the course of his career, he has obtained numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements, including the largest individual personal injury settlement in New Jersey’s history.

Mr. Stone’s work has been recognized nationally, with cases featured by major media outlets including the Associated Press, Fox Business, CBS News, NBC News, and ABC News. Ronald J. Morgan

Ronald J. Morgan is a partner at Kirsch, Stone & Morgan. Mr. Morgan is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and New York. He concentrates his practice in all aspects of plaintiffs’ personal injury. His cases have been featured in media throughout the country.

From 2019 to 2023, and from 2025 to 2026, Mr. Morgan was named a “Rising Star” in the Super Lawyers List in the field of plaintiffs’ personal injury. He has been involved in several settlements and trials on million-dollar and multi-million-dollar cases, including cases against New Jersey Transit, Boards of Education, and major private corporations.

Mr. Morgan is the President of the Brennan-Vanderbilt Inn of Court, the oldest Inn in New Jersey. Its membership consists of distinguished judges, retired judges, and lawyers, and focuses on teaching trial practice to young attorneys. Mr. Morgan is also a member of the Board of Governors of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ), representing the civil trial bar of New Jersey.

Jay H. Bernstein

Jay H. Bernstein manages the workers’ compensation practice of the firm. His practice also includes Social Security Disability law. Mr. Bernstein is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Washington D.C.

Mr. Bernstein, who has practiced for over 30 years, has represented thousands of injured workers throughout New Jersey, and has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Workers’ Compensation attorney, a distinction held by less than 5% of attorneys throughout the State. Mr. Bernstein has taught and lectured on NJ Worker’s Compensation, Federal Social Security Laws, and Medicare before the National Business Institute.

Prior to joining Kirsch, Stone & Morgan, Mr. Bernstein clerked for the Israeli Ministry of Justice, the US Congress, and the US ARMY JAG Corps. He is a founding member of the NJ Bar Association “Mass Disaster Legal Response Program,” which has served families of the 9/11 terror attack and hurricane victims. He was commended by three NJ Governors and the NJ Supreme Court Chief Justice for his services.

Sandra M. Marin

Sandra M. Marin is the firm’s office manager and oversees all staff. She has been with Kirsch, Stone & Morgan for over 30 years, making her an invaluable part of the team and a trusted face for clients throughout their cases.

Ms. Marin excels at client relations. She is responsible for client intake and claims investigation, and assists the supervising attorneys in developing these claims. Her deep familiarity with every aspect of the firm’s operations ensures that clients always have someone knowledgeable and caring to turn to.

Ms. Marin is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, making her an essential resource for the firm’s many Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking clients across New Jersey.
